From Chef Brittany’s how booking works collection

A clear plan from the start.

1. Plan ahead

Allow at least 30 days for catering and two weeks for grazing or individual event items. Rush requests depend on availability. Pantry products need at least three days after confirmed payment, plus shipping time.

2. Review the details

Your proposal lists the menu, portions, service, venue, staffing, rentals, travel, tax and 20% catering gratuity. The catering agreement records timing, responsibilities, changes and cancellation terms.

3. Reserve your date

Accept your completed agreement and pay a 25% non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of invoice. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. An inquiry or consultation alone does not reserve your date.

4. Finalize & enjoy

Confirm the final guest count, allergies, service schedule and access details by the date in your agreement. Changes, cancellations, rental returns and rescheduling follow the completed written agreement.

Weekly meal prep is paid in full by the published weekly menu deadline. Event tastings are $100 for 2–3 people and 3–4 menu items, credited toward the event if booked.
